This place is excellent. Super clean and the rooms have full kitchen, dishes, appliances including dishwasher! , laundry rooms with commercial grade appliances on site if you need to wash clothes. Grounds are spotless. The amenities are insane, pool, hot tub, fitness room and a real hot breakfast every morning is included. Location is great. Right by airport, freeway and lots of local restaurants and stores. Staff are super friendly and move mountains to make sure you are happy. Especially Thomas, he greeted us with such enthusiasm and made us feel like family coming home to visit. I know moving forward when I make a trip to El Paso this is the only place I will be staying at! Yes, it may be a bit more expensive than. Other budget hotels but this is well worth the few extra dollars for the great stay!

The location, the pool, the super comfortable beds, the great water pressure in the shower, and the hot water lasted without running out. The place was cozy and spacious. Also, I ordered something from Amazon US about a week before my stay, and they received it and handed it to me without any issues. Of course, I contacted them in advance, provided my details, and everything went smoothly. Really appreciated that!

We enjoy that it we are able to eat breakfast in the dining area prior to going out. I like the layout of the room. When our tv remote wouldn't work, staff brought us another one. I REALLY ENJOY THIS HOTEL AS DOES MY PARTNER. BTW, I like the bathtub and the bathroom layout too.

Honestly, I enjoyed everything during my stay. The suites are actually little apartments. It's very roomy and comfortable. Seems to be in a great location. Lobby was comfortable and inviting.

This was a good setup for a longer stay. Even the suites gave us a fairly separate living area, and a full kitchen with a bar for dining. The location was good, being close to the airport and walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was OK, and they had coffee going all the time.

I loved how close the property is to different food options, gas stations etc. The rooms were very clean and had so much room for all your belongings. Also loved the spayed cats outside providing pest control and a nice little greeting when you walk up, so cute!

The suite was spacious and supplied with dishes and utensils, which was a great surprise. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the pool, but maybe next year!

The desk staff were amazing. Very responsive. My elderly father couldn’t walk up the stairs to visit us so they moved me to a first floor room now issue. They also helped me get some baking dishes for my room from another one.

I had to come here as my flight was redirected here because of the snow storm in Dallas, the staff were so friendly, they waived the bond fee as I was in a stressful situation, I got breakfast and a free ride to the airport the next morning! The room was huge and very nice, it definitely turned my night around!
